Every town in Northern Ireland sends its devices to our Belfast data recovery bench. What does differ by each town is how they get their devices to us. So, if you live close to Belfast, getting your device dropped off will be fastest. If you live in the North West of NI or along the border of NI & the Republic then sending your device via post is simplest. We have also made this as hassle-free as possible for you. This includes providing clear guidelines on packaging, and free insured return postage.
No matter where you are based, there are some things which don't change. These include: a complimentary, written diagnosis of your device(s); usually completed within 48 hours; a fixed price quote will always be provided prior to commencing any work on your device(s). In addition to these commonalities, you typically won't incur any costs unless we successfully recover your data. Prices remain the same throughout Northern Ireland: from £250 + VAT for memory cards and USB sticks; £300 + VAT for hard disk drives (HDDs), solid state disks (SSDs); and £500 + VAT for RAID systems, NAS and servers.

Take your device into our Belfast location Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm. No reservation necessary. For laptops, NAS systems & servers, simply take the hard drive(s) and label them with their order.
Pack it in such a way that nothing can move and send it tracked and insured. Include your name, postal address, telephone number and email address inside so we may give a quote first.
Normally within 48 hours, we identify the problem and provide a written quotation prior to starting work. Typically, you will only be charged once we have recovered your files.
Once your files are recovered we will compare them to a file list, and then either you collect them (if local), or have them posted back to you on fresh media at no cost.
Pricing and turnaround times are the same whether your device is located in Derry or anywhere else in Northern Ireland.
No matter where you live in Northern Ireland, there are options available for receiving assistance by dropping off your device for inspection in Belfast, or using insured postage. When you receive a free evaluation of your issue from our technical team, in most instances you will only need to pay us for recovery services when we successfully recover your files. Prior to sending or dropping off your device for a diagnostic test (free), obtain a quotation from us via telephone or using the provided form. Step one: get the device to our Belfast bench. Carefully wrap the device and include your contact information inside the parcel. Then send it over. There is no charge for this diagnostic service. Once we receive it, you will be given a firm written price to confirm whether you wish to go ahead, before any work is done.
Sending it? The use of a tracked, insured delivery method would be recommended. Alternatively, dropping it off can also be done Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm; no prior booking required but do ensure that all items are packed accordingly.
