Prior to sending or dropping off your device for a diagnostic test (free), obtain a quotation from us via telephone or using the provided form. Step one: get the device to our Belfast bench. Carefully wrap the device and include your contact information inside the parcel. Then send it over. There is no charge for this diagnostic service. Once we receive it, you will be given a firm written price to confirm whether you wish to go ahead, before any work is done.
Sending it? The use of a tracked, insured delivery method would be recommended. Alternatively, dropping it off can also be done Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm; no prior booking required but do ensure that all items are packed accordingly.

Yes. As part of the cost of each project, an NDA will be used as standard (at no additional fee), all parts of your project will be completed internally by our engineers, we are registered with the ICO and compliant with GDPR and all of your data will remain within the UK.
Typically, yes. The account files are pulled from failed local drives (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero etc) along with the client records and ledgers that sit next to them.
Yes. Finance projects that are deadline driven will get priority processing and we will quote you an actual completion time at the start of each project. Most of these types of projects are completed within 3-4 working days.
Yes. If required we can issue a documented chain of custody which covers how we receive, handle and return your data, suitable for audit, regulatory or insurance purposes.
Yes. The company will be invoiced and can provide us with purchase orders based on 30 day terms for an established account. 50% of costs for physical and forensic recoveries are paid as a deposit, with the balance only due when data is successfully recovered.
This cost varies by system; single drives are priced at £300, RAID and NAS systems from £500 and database systems from £500, excluding VAT. We include a complimentary diagnostic and written quote prior to charging. In most cases clients do not incur any charges unless we recover their data.
Yes. Our business is located in Belfast but we also perform financial data recovery services for accountants, advisors and finance departments throughout Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK. After receiving a quote simply drop off the device(s) at our Belfast office (no appointments necessary) or post the items to us from anywhere within the United Kingdom. Items posted to us should be sent using fully insured shipping methods.
