No, our workshop and recovery bench are located in Belfast approximately 70 miles from Derry, so approximately an hour and three-quarters driving time. We offer both insured, trackable postal recovery services for Derry and the Northwest, or you're welcome to personally bring the failed device to our Belfast workshop.
