When a server, RAID array or NAS goes down, every hour on the clock costs money. We recover business-critical data on our own bench — RAID, SAN, physical and virtual servers, VMs and databases — with a dedicated contact, NDAs and invoicing as standard, and your data never leaving the UK.
RAID, NAS, SAN, servers, VMs and databases, recovered by our own engineers. Business-critical jobs get priority and a single point of contact, with NDAs and invoicing as standard.
From one failed server to a multi-disk array or a whole virtualised environment — recovered on our own bench, never outsourced.
Every level — 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 — across SATA, SAS or SCSI, even with more than one failed disk.
Synology, QNAP, WD and the rest, across Btrfs, ext4, ZFS and SHR file systems.
Storage area networks and enterprise volumes, rebuilt from imaged members.
Windows and Linux servers, along with VMware and Hyper-V virtual machines.
SQL Server, Oracle and Exchange — properly repaired and recovered, not merely copied.
Recovery from ransomware-hit servers and encrypted volumes wherever it's possible.

Downtime costs money, so business jobs are handled differently from the first phone call.
You speak straight to the engineer on your case — no call centre, no scripts.
Business-critical recoveries jump the queue, with an honest turnaround quoted up front.
A free diagnostic first, then a fixed written quote before any chargeable work starts.
It applies to most jobs; physical and forensic work carries a 50% deposit toward parts and bench time.
Your business data is handled to a standard that holds up to scrutiny — in-house, in the UK, and confidential.
More on how your data is handled: Data security & confidentiality.
We keep it easy to deal with us as a business. We'll invoice your company and take purchase orders, with 30-day terms for established accounts. Physical, DVR and forensic recoveries carry a 50% deposit toward donor parts and bench time, with the balance due only on a successful recovery. Everything is agreed in writing before we start, so the invoice never springs a surprise.
We recover data for organisations of every size, compliance-heavy sectors included. Whatever line you're in, the work stays in-house, confidential and in the UK — with NDAs and a documented chain of custody wherever you need them.
A simple, secure path from the moment of failure to a verified handover.
Call or email with what's happened, and we'll advise on the safest next move.
Post the drives insured or drop them in, and we'll diagnose the fault and confirm what can be recovered.
You get a fixed written quote and a turnaround before any chargeable work begins.
Recovery is done in-house, the data is verified, and it comes back to you on fresh encrypted media or via secure download.
Post or drop in your device for a free diagnostic, with a note on what happened — an engineer reviews it and confirms your exact quote in writing before any work begins.
First step: get the device onto our Belfast bench. Wrap it well, tuck your contact details in the box, and post it over — the diagnostic costs nothing, and you’ll have a firm written price to approve before we touch a single sector.
Posting it? A tracked, insured service is best. Dropping it off instead? You’re welcome Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm — please still pack the device as above.
Not ready to send anything yet? Use the form to describe the fault in your own words and one of the engineers will come back with a quote tailored to your situation.
We will get back to you soon. If it is urgent, call 028 9002 0144.
The questions we are asked most, answered briefly.
Yes. Business-critical jobs are prioritised, with an honest turnaround quoted up front. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, rather than round the clock, but urgent business cases jump the queue.
Yes. We'll invoice your business and take purchase orders, with 30-day terms for established accounts. Physical, DVR and forensic recoveries carry a 50% deposit toward parts and bench time, with the balance due only on a successful recovery.
Entirely. We're on the ICO register and GDPR-compliant, an NDA is standard for business clients at no extra charge, and we can supply a documented chain of custody. All the work is done in-house and your data never leaves the UK.
Remove the drives, label each with its bay or slot position, and send just the disks — not the enclosure, controller or chassis. We image each drive read-only and rebuild the array virtually, so nothing is ever written back to your data.
No — there's no on-site recovery or collection. Recoveries happen in our own facility, for security and the best chance of success. You can drop drives in by appointment, or post them fully insured on a tracked service.
It depends on the system: RAID and NAS from £500, virtual machines and databases from £800, and SAN from £1,250 — all plus VAT, after a free diagnostic and a written quote. No fix, no fee applies to most jobs.
