Contact

Speak to an actual recovery engineer.

Either contact us by phone or email for a quotation, after which you can either drop the device into our office (no prior booking required), or send it to us by post. When you make either choice, you are speaking directly to the engineers that will undertake your data recovery, and we will clearly outline the fixed fee in writing for all services that will incur charges before undertaking such work.

// getting it to us

Two simple ways to get it to us.

And while we do not currently offer courier collection, you won't miss out. After receiving a quote from us, simply use the method easiest for you to submit your device. From that point onwards, once your device is logged in, you will receive an email confirming this.

Drop it off

Once you have received our quotation, please come visit us at Forsyth House, Cromac Square, Belfast, BT2 8LA between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. No appointment is needed. Please include your full name, full postal address, telephone number and email address with your device so we may contact you regarding further instructions. If you wish to utilise a printer when sending the form provided on-line, print it and place it within your package with your device. Alternatively, a simple piece of paper with these details is equally acceptable. Once we have completed the diagnostic of your media, we will contact you with the results.

Send it by post

After obtaining the quote, send your device to us via a traceable, fully insured method of shipping. Wrap the device properly and insert the customer's information into the packaging (name, postal address, telephone number, and email). Then, we'll take care of the rest. We will notify you once the media has completed our diagnostic testing so that we may discuss the results of the test with you.

Posting a drive from a Mac, PC or laptop? Before sending it to us, remove the internal drive. Apple Stores will do this for free. Most local computer stores will extract a disk from a PC or laptop for a small fee. Mac & MacBook recovery details → · Laptop & PC recovery details →
Posting a RAID or NAS? Remove all of the individual disks from the unit. Mark each disk with the corresponding slot (1, 2, 3….) then ship only the disks. Keep the enclosure and control unit at home. On a RAID or server the disks need to be removed. If possible, we recommend removing the disks from a NAS as well. RAID recovery details → · NAS recovery details →
